baby peyton

i went to the hospital today.  just a check up to make sure my growth is ok.  it is.  my current weight is 13 lbs 13 oz and length is 24.3 inches.  i go back for another check up in 3 months.  we had the first appointment for the day.  it's quite nice that way cuz we don't have to wait in a crowded waiting room like we did the first couple of times.  we even had two doctors this time!  so much attention for little me.

mommy took pictures of my head again to compare the ones that she took of me about three weeks ago.  good news.  my head is definitely not as flat as it was before.  i'm kinda surprised.  i guess all this time sitting up is helping.  i'm so close to sitting up by myself.  well... it's more like me hunched over holding myself up with my hands, but i'll get there.

in case you're wondering what i had for lunch today.  mommy gave me mangoes.  it was yummy.  i didn't make too many faces while i was eating it and i ate almost all of it except for one bite... and whatever was on my bib.  i think i'm starting to get use to this spoon feeding business, but i still like my milk better.  it's just easy, and i'm use to it.
